William Michael Krusenklaus, 62, of Midlothian, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on Satuday, November 6, 2021 after a valiant one year battle against an aggressive brain tumor glioblastoma.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Krusenklaus, Sr.; and his sister, Joann. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Sandy; his daughters, Amy Goodman (Chad Conner), Lauren Krusenklaus (Jordan Lints) and Rachel Krusenklaus; his mother, Betty; brothers, Bob and John; grandchildren, Maya, Devin, Gavyn and Haylee; his beloved dog, Knox; and several nieces and a nephew.
Michael was a hardworking and selfless man, who was devoted to his family. He enjoyed grilling, photography, loved wood working and the Tennesee Vols, the Smokey Mountains and Sanibel Island.
A special thank you to sister-in-law, Susan and her husband Mike; Dr. Mehta, Denise Laine, Dr. Randolph, Sr., Dr. Samdani and Dr. Katy Peters from Duke.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 13 from Noon until 1:30pm at Woody Funeral Home - Huguenot. A celebration of life will begin at 1:30 in the Woody chapel.
