He was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores McGinley; and his daughter, Bonnie.
He is survived by his three children, Bruce, Sharon and husband Dwight, Sean and wife Amy; and grandchildren, Joshua, Justin, Sarah and Will; and "daughter," Beth Dunn.
Billy was a jokester and made everyone smile. He will be missed dearly by all who were lucky enough to know him.
The family will receive friends from 6 - 8 pm on Wednesday, November, 16 at Woody Funeral Home - Huguenot Chapel. Interment will be private.
