McMillan, William A., Sr., Master Model Railroader #401, peacefully joined his beloved Carola on July 24, 2012. He was a Congressional Liaison for the Dept. of the Navy, continuing work upon retirement as a private consultant and pursuing his love of model railroading. Bill was a life member of the NMRA, active in the JRD, the Ma & Pa Historical Society & various local groups. He is survived by his son, Artie McMillan, his daughter, Sue McMillan and his 2 granddaughters, Alex &
