Charlie B. Lawler

Charlie Ben Lawler, 87, passed away on March 19, 2013 in Norman, Oklahoma. He was born September 17, 1925 in Shamrock, Texas, one of ten children to Charlie B. & Chloe Bertha Lawler. Charlie worked at Tinker Field for 30 years. He served in the Army and was a Veteran of the Korean War. He was a hardworking, loving family man. In addition to his parents, Charlie was preceded in death by his first wife, Lorraine (married 50 years) and seven brothers and sisters. Charlie is survived wife, Leona; Sisters Nora Crosby & Bertha Lawler; Children Larry Lawler, Eddie Lawler and Neva Salmon; Grandchildren, Michael Lawler & wife Tammy and Chelsa Salmon; Great Grandchildren, Kayla Lawler, Lauren Lawler, Hallie Bigges, Shaun Bigges and Cataleena Medina; step children Dale Whitaker, Deina Montgomery and Pattie Challis. Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm Monday, March 25, 2013 in the Paylor Family Funeral Care Chapel followed by Burial at Elmwood Cemetery, Choctaw, Oklahoma.
