

Brandon Dean Blomquist passed away peacefully at 9:55 pm on Thursday, January 12, 2023 from end stage Kidney failure. He was blessed with many talents and gifts. Brandon was born August 17, 1980 to Dean and Rashell Blomquist as their first son. He was followed by his sister Karlie, and 2 brothers Christopher, and Daniel. At a young age he showed his keen intellect and great sense of humor. Brandon was raised in southern California and loved the beach, camping and swimming. Along with his talents Brandon loved music, and played drums for Crescenta Valley High school marching band. Brandon participated in the scouting program and received many awards including the prestigious Eagle Scout award. He also enjoyed working backstage for school and church plays. After High school, Brandon served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Chicago Illinois south mission. After serving, Brandon went on to graduate from Weber State College with a BS degree in computer science. He really enjoyed computers and spent most of his spare time either working on them or playing games. Brandon is preceded in death by his grandfather Eben Blomquist. He is survived by his parents Dean and Rashell Blomquist, Siblings: Karlie Pixton, Christopher and Daniel Blomquist. Grandparents: Barbara Blomquist and Donna and LaVell Crawford. Nieces: Peyton and Adyson Pixton and Henley Blomquist. Nephews: Hunter Pixton and Rex Blomquist.
