Chandler David Hendry

Chandler was born on March 6, 1999, in Provo, Utah. He started his life as the last of five children. He lived his childhood years in American Fork, Utah, and finished his teenage years in Midway, Utah.

It was in these high school years he developed a desire to surround himself with people that inspired him. He had some cherished friends and families that always welcomed Chandler to their table. He loved the soccer world and played with intensity and skill for Wasatch High School until he graduated in 2017. During these years he came to be known as Chuck. This name stuck with him and he laughed every time someone called him Chuck. He passed away with the strong call name of Chuck in all realms of his life.

He is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and enjoyed sharing this with others. After high school, his next steps in life saw him serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints to the Mississippi Jackson/Louisiana Baton Rouge missions for two years. He loved the southern states and the peoples he met there.

He entered the world of sales and worked primarily in solar sales across the United States. He was successful due to his drive for excellence, planning, building relationships, and meeting his challenges and goals. This drive was helping him to build again and begin new opportunities.

His personal challenges to improve himself led him to some long distance endurance races including a half marathon, a 50 mile race for charity and a 100 mile race. These events helped define his determination to excel with challenge and commitment. He was always challenging himself with physical fitness programs to help define his mental focus.

Chandler firmly believed in Forever Families. His forever family grew with his marriage to his sweet wife, AnaLynn. Chandler and AnaLynn married for eternity on September 21, 2024, in the Mount Timpanogos Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She supported him across several states as he continued his sales work. Chandler focused on time and tenderness with his cherished wife.

In April 2025, he developed a social media platform, Restored Truth, to share his profound testimony of Jesus Christ. Through this exposure, he touched many throughout the world with his testimony of the Book of Mormon, Bible, and the gospel of Jesus Christ. He helped prepare and invited many young men and women build their confidence and character to serve missions throughout the world for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

He is survived by his wife, AnaLynn; parents Chad and Cheri Hendry; sisters Chantel Flake (Cody) and Chaleigh Rowley (Jonny); and brothers, Chantry (Mary) and Chaz; along with many extended family members, friends and associates. Chandler enjoyed his large family unit with family gatherings and celebrations, holiday events, and backyard BBQs. Every once in a while, you could find him on the golf course, in the gym, on date night with AnaLynn, or just chillin’ with family or friends.

His family is asking to honor him privately. Funeral services will be held on August 21, 2026 in Highland, Utah. Graveside services will also be private with his family. 

Chandler’s life was defined by faith, loyalty, love, truth and determination for excellence. Though he will be deeply missed, his example lives on in the countless lives he touched—as a husband, son, brother, defender of truth and disciple of Jesus Christ. His legacy of building character, inviting to become better, and extending a genuine hand of reaching to the one will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know him. His life reminds us to live every moment to the fullest!

As you remember Chandler--aka Chuck, his simple laugh and inviting smile, he would tell you: “Keep your knees on the ground and your eyes towards heaven.”
