Darline Payne

She married Dean Payne on May 10, 1950 for time and all eternity in the Manti, Utah Temple. Preceded in death by son Warren Payne, by brother Eldon Dickinson (Agnes), sister Mary Wanless, and brother-in-law Kent Gurr. Survived by Dean Payne, daughter Janet Lauritzen (Arthur), and son Richard (Kyung-Ai), brother Sheldon Dickinson (Lavona), sisters Bonnie Gurr and Alta Stoker (Lyndon). Dean and Darline have 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Darline had a strong testimony of the restoration of the gospel as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day-Saints. Her family was her joy and the pleasure of her life. She loved to read and passed this heritage on to her children. She instilled in her family strong values and moral character. She loved to serve others and was stalwart in leading by example. We love her dearly, she will be greatly missed. Services will be held April 14, 2018 at the Nibley Park Ward, 2465 S. 800 E., Salt Lake City, Utah. Viewing from 9:30 – 10:45 a.m. Funeral at 11:00 a.m. Internment at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
