Deborah H. Black

Debra H. Greene Black, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, passed away suddenly on August 30, 2011 after a series of short illnesses. She is now with her dear father enjoying a loving reunion. Debra was the youngest the three children of Norene H. and Alphonzo Boley Greene. She was baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later-day Saints.

She graduated from Skyline High School in 1976 and then attended Dixie College. During the past few years she was a tender caregiver to her parents. She married Chris Lee Black in 1977, later divorced. She was proud of her two sons, Nicholaz and Brandon, and four grandchildren, Pierce, Hallie, Vincent and Memphis. Debra loved her children and grandchildren.

Debra is survived by her two sons and their wives; Nicholaz (Marley) Black, and Brandon (Natalie) Black; grandchildren: Pierce Black, Hallie Black, Vincent Black and Memphis Black, her mother, Norene Greene; siblings: Denice Stokes (Frank) Briggs, Cottonwood Heights, UT and Robert H. Greene, Holladay, UT

Debra is preceded in death by her father Alphonzo.

Graveside services and interment will be held at Murray City Cemetery, 5490 Vine St, Murray, noon, Tuesday, September 6, 2011.
