Dennis Harold Thomas

Dennis Harold Thomas passed away November 3, 2018 surrounded by his family. Denny was born in Payson, Utah on September 28, 1946. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Peggie Thomas; his children Devin Thomas (Kris), Travis Nelson and Nikole Nelson (Jim); his grandchildren Elena, Annie, Taylor, Augie, Lyana and Naima; and his siblings Dlorah (Dean), Dale (Shauna), Boyd (Danna), Kaye (David), Lynn (Cassie), Rosemary (Dwight). He was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Marie Thomas.

Denny was a “tough guy” on the outside but had a heart of gold inside. He was a dedicated husband who truly loved his wife and always wanted the best for her. He loved his kids with his full heart and was his best self when goofing around with his grandkids. Next to taking care of his family, spending time with his grandkids, Denny’s passion in life was building his businesses, Custom Stainless Fabrication and Metalline Fabrication with his best friend and brother, Boyd, and their partner Joe Sudburry. Denny loved his employees like family.

Denny was a very private man and those who were lucky enough to get close to him knew they could always count on him, that he was incredibly generous and that he could make you laugh on your worst day. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. We are glad that he is now at peace and are grateful for the support of family and friends in his last days.

Per Denny’s request, no services will be held at this time. We look forward to celebrating his life with loved ones next spring.
