Don Nelson died September 12, 2010 at LDS Hospital. Born September 9, 1925 in Grover, Wyoming to Olive Hale and Mariner Nelson. Served in the Navy during WWII. Completed a mission to Denmark and a service mission at the Bishops Storehouse.
Husband to Aase, dad to Kim and Lise (Kent), bedstefar to Alec, Connor and Marcus Samuelson.
Survived by close family and sister Inez Taggert.

Funeral services will be held Monday September 20, 2010 at 12:00 PM at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel located at 3401 South Highland Drive, Salt Lake City. A visitation will be held 2 hours prior to funeral services. Interment will be at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
