Thank you to my brother, Rick, for taking such good care of my mom since our brother Mike passed away.  Mike left big shoes to fill and you more than stepped up to the job.  Thanks to Heidi also for supporting Rick and your kindness to Mom.  Thank you also to my cousins, Carrie, Debbie and Sandra, and my Aunt Grace for your thoughtful visits and phone calls.   A special thanks to Carrie for Mom's 100th Birthday Celebration and TV interview.  Thank you to Kimberly for your gifts of pumpkin pie that she loved!  All of these thoughtful contacts were much appreciated by Mom as she always mentioned them to me with gratitude and love for each of you.   You each helped to make many of Mom's last days so much better.
Rest in peace now, Mama.
