Mom was the best mother any child could ever ask for. She was dearly loved by everyone who knew her. Best cake, bread and cookie mom ever. Granny’s favorite things in life were her family, gardening, gambling, and family BBQ’s. She also believed in angels and now she is an angel. The hardest one for granny to leave was her special angel and caregiver and granddaughter Jennifer Marinos, who stayed by her side until the very end.
She is survived by her children Michael W. (Eilene) Jones, Peggy Rich, Jan Marie (Ross) Peterson, Diana Andersen (Jim), Steve Cornia (Julia), Seven grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren, and sister Zina Judd. She was preceded in death by her son Donald Laine Jones, her son-in-law Alan Rich, husbands Donald Burt Jones and George W. Cornia, stepsons’ Jerry and Randy Cornia.
The family will receive friends Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 S. Highland Dr.
