It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Floyd Jacob Eschler of Salt Lake City, Utah on December 6th 2023, at the age of 88. Floyd was born on November 17th 1935 in Payson, Utah to Karl Eschler and Delsa Potter.
Floyd married his loving wife, Judy Eschler, on May 10th 1957. They had three sons, Lynn, Lonny and Larry - - they are a close knit, loving, and dedicated family.
He led a very joyful life, cherished by his family and friends. Floyd will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years Judy and his children; Lynn (Kari), Lonny (Ann), and Larry (Rob), his grandchildren, Judith Ann, Joseph, and Cammy Eschler, and great-grandchild, Liam Savage, as well as his brother Newell Eschler.
Floyd is preceded in death by his parents, Karl and Delsa Eschler, his siblings Harold, Merle, Linda, and granddaughter Shaela Savage.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Congregation Kol Ami, the American Cancer Society, or the American Heart Association.
Funeral services will be held at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary located at 3401 South Highland Drive in Salt Lake City, at 10:00 AM. Internment will be held at B'nai Israel Cemetery located at "Q" Street 4th Avenue in Salt Lake City, at 11:15 AM.
