I have so many memories with Gerda, but the ones I will cherish the most are the ones of her with my sweet Charlie. Gerda and Charlie had a special bond, and she would ask me about him daily. She was Charlie’s adopted Oma. We will both miss her dearly

We will miss sweet Gerda. . She was such a special lady! She told many stories about coming from Germany, getting baptized on the same day as her father, meeting her husband and working at the pickle factory. She loved her family dearly,and often spoke of her daughters . She had a fun sense of humor, a testimony of the gospel, and a kindness to all who were privileged to know her. We know that she was welcomed back home to her dear husband. Best regards to her family.
