She encouraged those around her to keep an open mind, embrace new perspectives, and appreciate life's simple pleasures.
Hong found happiness in flowers, listening to her children and grandchildren sing karaoke, and sharing laughter with those she loved. Her warm smile and patient nature made everyone feel welcome and valued. One of her favorite treats was affogato, a simple pleasure she enjoyed throughout her life.
Above all else, Hong treasured her family. Nothing brought her greater happiness than being surrounded by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her love, wisdom, strength, and generosity will continue to live on through all who knew and loved her.
