Jack was born in the Salt Lake City, UT on June 8, 1932. He was the son of Albin and Emma Holmstrom.
Jack was a Korean war veteran serving in the United States Air Force and was the president of Wasatch Service and Supply and Wasatch Rental Corp. He loved hunting, camping, and fishing. Jack was also an excellent employer with over 100 employees and most of them stayed with him for 20 years. His motto was to "work hard and play hard". He lived his life by that. If he didn't have any work planned for the weekend he would make something up for us to do.
Jack was preceded in death by his daughter Debi, his mother and father, as well as his brother Fred and his three sisters Ruth, Grace, and Siri.
Jack is survived by his three children, Joy, Guy, Gary and his sister Jane. He has 6 grandchildren Justin, Tabatha, Patrick, Ashton, Paige, and Alec. As well as his four great grandchildren Kaely, Devyn, Terry, and Laura, as well as one grandson due very soon.
The family had a small graveside service in Salt Lake City, UT to celebrate his life. Flowers, donations, and memorials can be sent to a personal favorite charity.
Special thanks to Spring Gardens in St. George, UT and all the caregiving staff.
