Jen was always my kids favorite nurse. She would give them there vaccine and they would turn around and give her hugs.  She always took time to chat with us and really was a friend.  We miss seeing her at the doctor's office and out on walks in the neighborhood.  Love her so much! 

Jennifer is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, and I’m so saddened by her loss. She always checked up on my parents even when she didn’t have to and was such a comfort to them. I’ll miss chatting about our sons and sharing stories about our struggles. I’m so happy I got to have her in my life even if it was only for moments here and there. 

Jennifer was my nurse and my friend. She cared for me in my darkest times, putting aside her own pain to comfort another. She exemplified her faith. She will be greatly missed.


Dear Ryan, Andi, David, and kids – 
Words can’t express how heartbroken I am about the loss of our wonderful Jempi (sorry, she’ll always be “Jempi” to me!). She was truly just so kind, smart, and funny; we had the best adventures together as both kids and as young adults. She was not just a beloved cousin, but also a cherished friend.  I hope you can find some comfort in the memories you have of her; I know that I’ll always be inspired by how she met life’s challenges with heart and humor. My love and warmest thoughts are with you all. 


Jennifer's friendship began when we moved across the street from the Jakemans when she was less than 2 yrs old! She became friends with our Jennifer; they were best friends for several years, then Janelle,  then Julaine. And through those years, it became a family relationship, and she considered me to be her 2nd mom. We have had so many interactions since 1972 and so many pleasant memories,  that I  just want to say, THANKS, JENNIFER (Lewa), for all the love, laughter, tears, and caring ❤ you have given to our family! We love 💘 you and look forward to continued relationships forever! You will be greatly missed and always loved!! The Black Family 





Secret buddy names, sleep overs, MTV, boy band crushes, grocery store hair dye, TPing, so much fun and so much love. That is where it all started. Later in life we would have quick catch-ups at the doctor's office, occasional messages on FB, and still more love to share. Love you Jempi, Jennifer, Jen, Jenna! Thank you for the part you played in forming my life. Thank you for your example. Love you always.

Jennifer was one of my best friends.  We had so much fun working together at Wasatch Medical Center.  We were both single moms together and I have many fond memories of spending time together after work with our boys.  She was always happy and always thinking of others.  I don’t know what I’ll do without someone teasing me about dogs (I’m not a fan!).  She constantly put others needs above hers.  I hope I can eventually be half the woman she is.  I love you so very much and will miss you everyday.  My prayers are with your family.  Until we meet again...

This woman meant a lot to me and my family she has been our nurse for tow decades she always made me feel so welcomed and always was there to listen and help I’ll always cherish her and the memories and now I’m fallowing in her footsteps and becoming a nurse 

The best fun, kind, caring, animal loving, brave, people serving, and very facetious, and mischievous sister (in law) anyone could have. I've needed to talk to her so bad this week, it's going to be hard getting used to not having her there.
I will love that smart and beautiful lady forever.

Jenna was one of my favorite people, she was always an example of bravery and strength. She was witty, with a sence of humor totally unique to her, something I will miss. She was the person I confided in when my life was falling apart. I trusted her medical advice more than any doctor, literally trusting her with my life. I'll miss banana cream pie, and her crazy childhood stories. She was definitely my sister from anotha mista. Ill miss her. 

I always looked forward to seeing Jennifer at my Dr appointments.  My kids love her and always gave her hugs, even after she gave them shots!  I loved the relationship we had that was more friends than caregiver and patient.    She was there for my first three pregnancies, and I have missed seeing her for my fourth baby.  Even toward the end of her working she was so happy and kind.  She will be one of the people I always remember no matter how much time passes.  She talked about her family often while I was with her. I loved hearing about her boys and the dogs they all loved.    Jenn was an angel here on earth, and I believe she will still be with us as angel in heaven.   So much love to her family, may you remember all the good memories, and laugh and love together as you remember together.  

We have had the great opportunity to serve in the same clinic as one of our premier medical assistants. Jennifer Larbie. She had a quality of empathy that was extra special and in dealing with our patients could be counted on to be their advocate and always with a compassionate listening ear. Can you imagine receiving such kind and gentle helps from your medical providers? Even with so many difficult and life threatening personal issues of her own over many years, Jen could be counted on as a valuable and trusted partner in the care of our patients. She was a gentle faithful covenant woman of great faith equally yoked with her eternal partner and children and she will be missed by many as she left for home much too early. She blessed our lives and the lives of so many in her brief sojourn in mortality. Well done Jen!
