"For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone."Audrey Hepburn
Jenny Schubach, mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister, and friend, was taken from us too soon on April 29, 2011. She was born on October 22, 1971, to Stan D. Schubach and Shari Lynn Given Schubach. At seven years old, Jenny lost her mother in an automobile accident. This tragic event helped to shape Jenny into the intelligent, strong-willed, persevering, outspoken, and hardworking woman she was. She had a deep love for all children and babysat the neighbor's kids at an early age. Jenny was always searching for a mother figure to become her role model after her mother's death. While there were many influential women in her life who attempted to guide Jenny into the strong woman she aspired to become, she never got over the loss of her dear mother. Jenny became a single mom at a young age, providing wonderfully for her beloved daughters Sierra and Sharri. Our little Jenny was a beautiful child who became a beautiful woman both inside and out. Always delightful and fun to be around, she turned heads and lit up every room she entered. Jenny had an extraordinary sense of humor and a fantastically contagious laugh. She was a talented model and dancer from an early age, dancing with her sister Nico at their Grandma's dance reviews. A lover of the outdoors, Jenny often took her daughters skiing. She also loved wind surfing and photography. Jenny cherished the time she spent with her children. She was a voracious reader and loved to travel to many tropical beach destinations.
She was preceded in death by her mother Shari. Jennifer is survived by her two daughters, Sierra and Sharri; sister, Nicolette (Wade) Cowley; brother, Jeffrey Purrington (Sacramento, CA); father, Stan (Rebecca) Schubach; grandmother, Connie Harper (Yuma, AZ); as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday May 7, 2011, at 12:00 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn 3401 S. Highland Drive. In lieu of flowers, donations for her daughters may be made to The Jennifer Schubach Family Relief Fund at any US BANK branch.
