Judith Ann Rosenberg

Born on May 20th 1943 in Salt Lake City, Utah, Judy was the beloved daughter of Josef Andrew and Alice Kolby. She grew up in the Sugar House neighborhood in the house her father built.

Professionally, Judy went on to be one of the first certified medical coders for the University School of Medicine. she was one of the founding members of the University Medical Billing Department, and ended her career with the university as a compliance officer. Following this she pursued entrepreneurship and started her own firm coding for hospitals nationwide. Signifying her lifelong passion for helping others.

She was brave, compassionate and kind. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, love for others, her tenacity and spirit, her hosting talents, her skill in the kitchen, her passion for animals, and her faith. She found joy in laughing with her friends and loved ones, her mystery novels, traveling and going on adventures with Karl, her cats, her children and grandchildren, and sitting on the deck with her family watching the thunderstorms roll by.

Judy is survived by her husband of 53 years, Karl Rosenburg, her children, Chris Larsen (her favorite), Eric Larsen (Tiffany Larsen), and David Larsen, her grandchildren, Andrew Larsen (Camille Larsen), Noah Bjelland, Matthew Larsen, and Haley Larsen, and her great grandchild Lane Larsen, as well as her cats Sammy Davis Jr, Dean Martin, Romeo and Lulu bug. She was preceded in death by her elder brother David Kolby.

A service will be held on September 16 at 11a.m. at Highland 2nd Ward, 9897 Dunsinane Drive, South Jordan, Utah, 84009 with a viewing prior from 10:00-10:45 a.m. Following the service there will be a graveside service at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 S. Highland Drive, Millcreek, UT 84106, A light lunch will be provided following the service at the mortuary.

Judy's memory will live on forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
