 Karen was such a good friend. She was always asking about everyone else. She always had a smile through all her pain. I remember playing tennis with her at the Canyon Racquet Club many years ago. There were four of us that got together for lunch every other month after she couldn't play tennis anymore. I will miss those fun times with Karen. I know she is in a better place but the memories will live on.    Ann Lake

So many years ago but Karen was a very dear friend at East High School.  She will always be remembered.

Karen was one of my dearest friend.  There were few that could ever match her classy, gracious and beautiful persona.  My total respect and awe goes to Kristi and her unfailing love, attention and help you gave to your mom.  You truly unselfishly gave it all. She doesn't hurt any more - all that suffering is behind her and she is free of a body that made life difficult and  challenging.   Karen will be missed but will remain in all of our memories.

Karen was my Primary teacher near the end of my time in Primary. I appreciated her so much! I wanted to be just like her! She was beautiful, spiritual, cheerful and well-spoken. The best thing about her, though, was that she helped me feel good about myself. I was a nerdy kid, but Karen treated me like I was something special, and that was what I needed. When I look at her picture, I smile and feel loved.

We love your family and will miss Karen.  She was always happy and cheerful.  She made everyone around her happy too.  I remember  our Neighborhood Christmas parties over the years.  She is now with our Heavenly Father and she is making heaven a better place for all of us.  Thank you Karen for sharing  your life with us.
