Kathryn Levine Roman, loving wife, mother, and grandmother passed on the 19th of October in her home surrounded by family in her last moments. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Robert; mother, Lolli Scott; daughter, Eden Rittmann Watt (Paul); grandchildren: Aaliyah, Lillith, and Mariah; sister, Julie Levine Mullen (Tony); nieces: Roshelle Mullen Winkler (Adam), Courtnee Mullen Tapp (Dave), their families; and her forever steadfast and loving cat Chuckee.
Kathryn, affectionally known as Kat, loved to spend time with family and friends; was known for her dedication to the local Jewish community; and was active in Hadassah, the Sisterhood, and other various organizations. Kat graduated with a Bachelors of Science from the University of Utah in Marketing.
Kat was a kind and compassionate woman with the ability to make friends and brighten rooms everywhere. Her artistic talents were expressed through cooking, baking, knitting, cross stitch, and creating beaded jewelry. Kat loved to travel and she especially enjoyed her and Robbie's trip to Ireland.
Services will be held at BNai Israel Cemetary on 23 October at 2pm.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
