

Lee passed away peacefully the morning of July 12th, 2017 at Maple Springs Assisted Living in Logan, UT. He married Eleanor B. Nelson, and raised a family of four children. Following the passing of Eleanor, he married LaDeane DelaCruz. He was a great husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter in his younger years. He will forever be a great fisherman. He loved his family, his dogs, and time spent skiing and fishing. He served in the Utah National Guard, was a member of Alta Ski Patrol, was a plant superintendant at Interstate Brick Company, and taught for AARP 55 Alive driving program. He was a member of the LDS Church serving in ward callings, and served a mission to Manchester England. Lee is survived by his children, Vickie (Jim) Griffing, Jeff (Julie) Jensen, Sharon (John) Pappas, Sandy (Chuck) Cockayne, grandchildren and great grandchildren, and his sisters, Ruth and Shirley. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lyman Andrew Jensen, Louie Owen Jensen and Erna Brienholt Jensen, his wife, Eleanor B. Nelson Jensen, and second wife, LaDeane DelaCruz Jensen. He was also preceeded in death by a brother, Owen Jensen.
Lee lived in the Jensen family home most of his adult life. Although he lived at Maple Springs Assited Living for only a short time, he made many friends and loved the staff.
