Grandma Lila was full of love and Life! I can still here her saying "Benji!" whenever she saw me, and then smoosh my cheeks together before giving me a kiss. Grandma Lilashared what she had, and who she was selflessly with everyone that she met. To know her, was to truly see the face of God. I love you!

Grandma Lila was famous for her hearty meals and fresh baked tortilla, her abundant hugs and kisses, and her insistent desire to spoil her grandchildren. Times spent at grandma's house were often marked by love, laughter, and contentment. In fact, grandma was often responsible for bringing the whole family together.  To lose a grandmother is to lose a most valuable family member. Grandma Lila, although I cannot see you, I feel your presence near.  I will hold you close in memory, and reflect on all the times you were there for me.  I have fond memories growing up with you nearby and spending summers soaking our feet in the river, having BBQ's and enjoying life at the timeshare.   You supported me while I was on my mission and came to my graduations.  My grandma Lila was born in the Depression and raised nine beautiful, loving and educated children.   My grandmother has instilled strong values in me since I was a young child. Her countless stories of struggles and triumphs have inspired me and have given me a grateful perspective on life.   For that, I will always be in her debt.    She was a real survivor, so that's my stock. Grandma was driven by laughter and being surrounded by her family.  Especially the laugher, it's what held us together. Thanksgivings, any kind of family get-together, we usually end up in tears.  I am so blessed to have known my grandma.  My grief from losing my grandmother is multiplied knowing that my mother just lost her mother.  May you be at peace and surrounded by those who have passed beyond the veil.

Nana I always loved you like a mother you thought me so much over the years, you showed me how to be strong when I'm at my lowest point an you showed me how to love and respect others! I'll never forget jaming out to The police in your old blue Toyota as a kid. Your going to be greatly missed by your loved ones but you'll never be forgotten! I love you nana I'm glad you get to be with daddy now

This is for all of Tia Lila's Siblings, So sorry for your Loss.I lived with her & Uncle Henry for a few weeks one Summer, she will forever be in my Heart of Memories as a Loving, caring,& A wonderful Aunt, Lil [my Sister]& I visited & slept at her house in Utah, & yes she had Dinner ready when we got there. My Mom Loved her also. If U all look around, She is & will always be with you, Cherish your Memories of her, U will find Comfort.

Dearest sweet grandma and great grandma Lila  you have given us so many great memories and we love you so very much. Glad that you are at peace and with our other love ones. We will all be together soon. Please keep an eye down upon us and make sure we all are doing right. Rest in peace and love you always.
