Marilyn Jean Fratto

Marilyn Jean Birch Fratto, our precious Mother, Grandmother (Granma), Sister, and Aunt, passed away July 6, 2022 at the age of 92. Marilyn left us a quote “If you’re reading this, I have gone home to be with my Husband, Son, Mother, Father, along with many family and friends.”

Marilyn was the light of our lives. She was born November 26, 1929 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Archie Birch and Darlyne Waters Birch. She has one Sister, Ronda Christison (Ted) (Deceased). Marilyn married Felix Fratto and the two of them have three amazing Sons, Scott (Sandra), Jeff (Michelle), Todd (Deceased) (Colette), four Grandchildren, Justin Fratto (Brenda), Felecia Royer-Lees (Nick), Jason Fratto (Jennifer), Casey Ray Hagen, Great-Grandchildren, Braxton Royer, Hayden Royer, Tyler Lees, Colby Lees, Chase Fratto, Sage Teal, Ivory Teal, Anthony Lewald, Avery Lewald, and Audry Fratto. She has many nephews, nieces, and cousin. Her very special niece, Cindy Warff (David). She had a very good life and was ready to go home.

Marilyn loved each and everyone with all of her heart. She loved spending time with her family and living at South Jordan View Retirement Community where she made many new friends whom she loved to visit.

Mother, Grandma, and Great-Grandma, we are going to miss you dearly. Thank you for all of the memories you gave us to cherish.

Thank you for each and every one of you who took such good care of Marilyn. A very special thank you to the entire staff at South Jordan View for their kindness, caring, and the love they gave to Marilyn.

A viewing will be held, Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. with grave side services at 1:00 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Memorial, 3401 South Highland Drive, Millcreek, Utah.
