Marjorie Wagner Golden

On Friday August 21st, Marge left us much too soon. She passed peacefully with all family members by her side. Everyone loved Marge and she will be greatly missed.

Adrian De Loss Wagner (father) and Jennie Williams Wagner (mother) gave birth to Marjorie Ann Wagner on July 16, 1942, in Cananea, Sonora, Mexico. The family lived in Mexico until 1955 when they moved to El Paso, Texas. She graduated from Ysleta High School in 1960.

In 1967 Marge moved from El Paso to Utah to live with her sister and began working for Mountain Fuel Supply in Salt Lake City. While working at Mountain Fuel Supply she met and later married Jerry Bruce Golden on November 23, 1971. They bought their first and only home in 1973.

Their first child, Matthew Arthur Golden was born on May 17, 1975, and the second son Jeffery Jerry Golden was born on May 5, 1977.

Matt married Stacy Anderson in 1999, and Jeff married Diana Richards in 2010. Matt and Stacy gave birth to the only grandson Scotty Jerry Golden on August 19, 2009.

Marge is a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and is forever grateful to everyone who helped her at this difficult time.

Marge is survived by sisters Velma Lee in Puyallup, Washington and Dorothy Anthony in El Paso, Texas and by her brother James Wagner in Lindon, Utah.

She was preceded in death by sisters Jennie Loving and Carrie Rowley, and brothers Rulon Wagner and William (Bill) Wagner.

Marge thoroughly enjoyed all family get-togethers no matter how small or large. She also enjoyed all the adventurous travels in her life.
