Marsha Cluff was born into this world June 24, 1946 and returned to the heavens on June 2, 2023 after battling some debilitating heath issues.
Many of you may know, Marsha also battled polio early in life. This may be what created our beautiful little spit fire of a soul with the wittiest personality to concur whatever life threw her way. Her life was not without troubles, but Marsha was always successful in the things she did and conquered them with grace.
Marsha graduated from Skyline High School in 1964. She made her home in Salt Lake City Utah. And retired from the Utah State Tax Commission after 35 years.
You could find Marsha shopping with her best friends, her sisters on a Saturday afternoon. Working in her beautiful yard. Or attending all of the families events. Most importantly, she never missed the opportunity to call each and every one of us on our birthdays to sing her happy birthday song.
If we had to do it over
we would make for sure you knew
that all your time and effort
was dear to all you knew
Your Happy Birthday wishes
Your messages, cards and texts
Your phone calls just to check in
by far were truly best
Your fun and witty humor
could change the worst of times
Your loving kind and open heart
available any time
Your beauty and charming character
includes some sass and class
It was far beyond comparable
and you always were a blast
Today we wake without you
And things just are not the same
But Heaven must have needed a guide to show the way.
Marsha is preceded to the heavens by her Parents Merl and Iola Baxter, Step Mother Elizabeth Baxter, Brother Lamar Baxter and Sister Merla Baxter-Fife. Not forgetting her best furry friend Pompy.
Missing Marsha will be her sisters Jeanenne (Don) Warenski, Brenda Barlow, Dianna (Bruce) Hart, Bonnie (Nick) Tomaimo along with many Nieces, Nephews, cousins, Family and Friends who loved her dearly. This includes her best friend and partner Charlie Pulver and his adorable Children and Grandchildren. Along with dear friends Lori Tyteca and Cindy Arnold.
Marsha would’ve been celebrating her birthday on June 24. As you remember her this day I encourage you each to reach out to, spend time with , and make sure, the ones you love…know it without a doubt. A lifetime is never enough and tomorrow is never promised.
A Celebration of life will be held Saturday June 10, 2023 at Aunt Dianna’s house from 11:00 to 3:00
