Our loving husband and dad, Pat Samples (66) left us Sunday, December 21, 2021 after a fight with cancer. He was born in Port Hueneme, California in 1955 to his wonderful Mom, Mary, grew up in Elk City, Oklahoma, and joined the Navy in 1973 where he served our country for 4 years.
Pat very much loved his son Jackie and wife Sandy, and always wanted to make sure we had a good life. He also loved his brothers and sisters with all his heart.
He achieved a Bachelors degree in Business and an Associates Degree in Production Management.
Pat was a major Oklahoma Sooners and Dallas Cowboys fan, loved his Bulldogs, golfing, fishing and traveling in his motorhome.
Survived by wife Sandy Samples, son Jackie Samples, sisters Marilyn Erickson, Theresa Knutson and Beth Couch, and brother Jack Samples. Preceded in death by mother, Mary Samples and brother Warren Samples.
A Memorial Service will be held at Wasatch Lawn 3401 South Highland Drive, Millcreek, UT 84106 on Sunday, December 26, 2021 at 2:00pm.
It would be very much appreciated if all will wear a mask at the service.
