I was shocked to hear Paul had passed weeks ago. I worked with him at ZCMI and Silo years ago and found him exceedingly likeable. As a manager he was extraordinary; as a good man he was exceptional. I will miss his smiling face. 
Godspeed, Paul. Good men must die, but death cannot kill their names.

It is with a heavy heart and also with great honor that I make this entry into a very special lifelong friend's memorial guest book!  

Paul and his family have been a dear part of my life from many years ago, and yet it still feels like our acquaintance and friendship was just born almost yesterday.  We were all young and full of life, happiness, and eagerness for the future when were together as a group of friends during those days.

It was in good ole Pocatello, Idaho, and at Poky High where we first met and became friends!  In fact, Paul was finishing his student teaching and coaching the wrestling team there.  We shared so many laughs, games, and pranks during those days.  Life could not have been more fun or more hilarious, and Paul was right in the middle of all those experiences.  

He was a sincere man, and expressed himself openly and with great affection during those days.  Everyone loved him, and we were all enthralled with his presence and charm.  His brother, Rory and his wild friend, Rusty were also a large part of our schemes during those days, and we all laughed hard every time we were together.  Hooray for the grandeur of youth!!!!

To his sweet wife and children, it is my earnest desire for you to find all the peace and comfort you deserve during this time.  You were truly his lifelong love, as family was always important to Paul.  

Aren't we all so grateful for the gospel and our knowledge that eternity is just around the corner and that covenants made here are binding forever!

Thank you Paul for all your were to all of us.  Thank you Paul, for your tender care that you showered upon me.  Thank you Paul for the growing up lessons you game to me!  Thank you for everything!

Paul will be missed. I was able to work with him for a few years. I am glad to have known him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family
