Rachel Sheila Hamstead, 87, passed away peacefully and of natural causes February 9, 2017. Rachel was born in Low Stubbin, Rawmarsh, England on May 21, 1929 to Joseph and Margaret Fagan Hamstead. She was the fourth of six children.
Rachel was preceded in death by her brother Joseph and her sister Margaret. Rachel is survived by her sisters Josephine and Pauline, and her brother Stephen. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and their children.
Family funeral services and internment will be at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
