ReNae was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on December 2, 1943. She graduated from Granite High School and attended classes at the University of Utah.
ReNae loved her friends and family more than we all could ever know. She had a positive spirit that was always smiling and always dancing. Tough and strong with a sharp wit, you had to be on your toes to keep up with her. In her earlier years she was an amazing dancer, appearing on Utah Bandstand here in Salt Lake City each weekend. She was also an amazing singer and kept a constant thread of good music throughout her life. She made sure her son was always taken care of no matter the struggles she faced while on her own, mainly working as an outside saleswoman in the hardware industry. In her later times, she enjoyed the boat, the fifth wheel and any other vehicle that her and Marty could use on their many adventures together. Her bond with Marty was steadfast for over 40 years and he stuck by her through all of her troubles, keeping her comfortable and taking care of her up to her last days with us. We all loved her very much and will forever replay the fondest of memories of good times with her in our minds and our hearts.
ReNae is survived by her son, Bret Roberts (wife Greta) from her first marriage to Jerry Roberts. Also survived by husband Marty Madill and sons, Christopher Madill (wife Mandy) and DeWin Madill (wife Rochelle). Brother Mike Richards and grandchildren Jack, Charley, Brody, Chase, Blake, McKenzie, Micah, Brittnee, Noah and Zoe. Also, nieces and nephews, David, Jenny, Christina and Jeremy.
She is preceded in death by her parents Leo Keith Richards and Reba Powell Richards.
