She was born on November 2nd, 1935 to Curtis & Anna Mae Frew.
Sherry graduated from Olympus high school in 1954. That same year she married the love of her life
Edward Evans Jr.
Sherry & Ed have 3 children, Christy (Patrick), Laurie (Ron) Mike (Ammie). 2 grandchildren Lacie and McCoy. 6 step grandchildren. 6 Great grandchildren.
Sherry is survived by her loving baby sister Michelle (Marvin).
Sherry was preceded in death by her parents, brother Curtis Frew and sister Josephine Salt.
Sherry had various jobs throughout her life but she took the most pride in taking care of Ed, the kids and her grandchildren. She spent years in the timing stand at Bonneville raceway watching Ed race. She never missed a dance recital, football or baseball game or any other activity her kids or grandkids were involved in.
Sherry was a woman of action… she loved square dancing with the Rocketeer’s, golfing at Mountain Dell and long brisk walks with Ed. She was a painter, a baker and a beautiful seamstress. Sherry went all out for special occasions lights, camera and costumes. She loved parties socializing and life…. She was always dressed just perfect for each occasion!!!!!
Although, She faced many health challenges in her later years ….She always pushed through and never lost her faith in God.
The family wishes to express our thanks to the kind angels at Active Hospice especially nurse Mike and Chaplin Michael also to all the family living nearby that have been there for Sherry and Ed over the years.
