Tmothy Jess Ferre

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jess and Dorothy Ferre; sister, Robyn; daughter, Heather; and granddaughter, Abby. He is survived by his wife, LaNae Bates Ferre; children, Shawn (Michelle), Kevin (Jennifer), Bryan (Amber) Brynn (Brett), and Collin (Rachel); 22 grandchildren; and brothers, Richard and Craig. Tim was a loving Husband, Father, Grandpa, Son, Brother and Friend. He was a kind, tender-hearted disciple of the Savior, actively serving and helping others.

Tim grew up in SLC and served a mission for the LDS Church in Berlin, Germany, and held various church callings throughout his life. He also served his country in the Air National Guard. He loved his dental practice and considered his patients as extended family.

Tim was active in the lives of his children and grandchildren, showing love and support in their every activity.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 10, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the LDS Chapel located at 1355 East 7200 South, SLC, UT 84121, with a viewing from 9:30-10:45 a.m. prior to services. A viewing will also be held on Thursday, April 9th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 S. State Street, Murray, UT 84107. Interment will be at Wasatch Lawn Cemetery, 3401 S. Highland Drive, SLC, UT 84106.
