Agnus was my paternal grandmother. She was commonly known as "Grandma that makes lasagna" by me and my brother. Her laugh was always genuine and made me smile. She gave good strong hugs, and spoiled us grandkids. We knew there was always a second Easter basket and Christmas presents there. She always made our favorite meal on our weekly visit, lasagna, of course. Which I appreciate all the more as an adult; a good lasagna is hard to do, and expensive. She loved us kids and I will forever love her too.
