Ismine Giatas, of Rocky Point New York, passed away on November 22, 2017. She was the beloved wife of the late George T. Giatas. Loving mother of Alexis Maulella and her husband Vincent, and Timothy and his wife Audrey. She was the cherished grandmother of Cassandra, Nicole, Stephanie and Erica. Devoted sister of Nicholas, Sultana and the late Alexandra. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Reposing at the O.B. Davis Funeral Home, 1001 Route 25A, Miller Place, N.Y. Visitation Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be celebrated 11 am. Monday at the Greek Orthodox church of the Assumption, 230 Sheep Pasture Road, Port Jefferson, N.Y. Interment will follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
