Jacqueline cared deeply for her patients, always putting their needs before her own and treating everyone with warmth, respect, and dignity.

Her gentle nature and caring heart made her beloved by coworkers and deeply appreciated by all those whose lives she touched.
Jacqueline met the love of her life, Martin Andrew McCormick Sr., in Manhattan, New York. Together they shared 44 years of marriage, building a life filled with love, laughter, and devotion. Their story is a beautiful reminder that true love endures wherever life may lead. Together, Jacqueline and Martin raised their children, who were the greatest joy of her life and will cherish her memory forever.
Jacqueline found happiness in life’s simple pleasures. She enjoyed scratch-off tickets, crafting hook rugs, challenging herself with word finds, listening to books on tape, and spending time walking and swimming at the beach. She loved listening to her Neil Diamond tapes, enjoying Wendy’s, and, most of all, driving her grandchildren around town, creating countless cherished memories along the way.
Jacqueline will be lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, Martin; her children, Robert (Erin) Potts, Khoury (Nicholas) Santomassino, and Martin (Nicole) McCormick Jr.; and her treasured grandchildren, Gabriel Cruz, Robert Potts, Hannah Potts, Bethany Potts, Theresa Santomassino, Rocco Santomassino, and Nicholas Santomassino.
