Jay H. Matuk, born on January 5, 1959, passed away on January 3, 2026, at the age of 66. Jay was a resident of Miller Place, New York.

Internment following the service will be private for the family.
The famıly will be sitting Shiva on Wednesday from 1-3 PM and 5-7 PM at Jay and Judy's home.
