To the family of Jean ,
I am so sorry to hear of her passing. I got to know Jean while working at Gallery North. She was always an enthusiastic artist and a person of faith. I have missed all the services, but please know that jean will forever hold a special place in my heart. She was kind and caring. She absolutely loved and cherished her time with her grandchildren. My prayers for strength and peace during this difficult time.

I talked with you just a couple of weeks ago. Just can't believe you are gone. Rest comfortably now. Sandy

I met Jean through East End Arts in Riverhead where I was Executive Director. She joined the organization as a volunteer and quickly was hired as an event and volunteer coordinator. I think that was probably her plan! She enjoyed our volunteers so much and did a wonderful job coordinating the Wine Press Concert Series , Community Mosaic Street Painting Festival, Harvest Gospel Concerts and any other event that came up. She loved to photograph the events- so much so that I had a hard time finding pictures of Jean in the EEA files. She was always behind the camera!
My condolences to Jean's beautiful family.

Jeanne and I met in 1964, at The Singer Company in Syosset. I was just married 6 months and Jeanne was single. We hit it off immediately and became BFF’s Her birthday was 1 day before mine but 3 years older. . I introduced her to my husbands cousin Paul. They married and we 4 were inseparable. We went on vacations together, spent weekends together and eventually were pregnant together. Jeffrey and Meredith are 3 months apart. We decided to go back to college and both got our degrees. The years passed quickly , our children married. Unfortunately, we parted ways, and 15 years have gone by , without any communication. Sad to think that she is gone . May she Rest In Peace!
