I had the pleasure to work with Joan many times . The night shift in the ICU at SCH. I want to be sure that her family knows what an excellent nurse Joan was. Kind, caring, compassionate all the time. She was very often the one who made us laugh too. Her patients always got the best care. I was her nurse many years ago when she was ill. I’m sure that she will be greatly missed.
