John J. Williams, age 72, of Coram, NY passed away on February 1, 2026. Born on August 27,1953 in Brooklyn, NY, John was the son of the late John P. and Jean Williams. He is survived by his wife, Helise with whom he shared 50 years of marriage. John is also survived by his children Suzanne, (Scott), Kathy (Jim) and son John M. and his cherished grandchildren, James, Joseph, Alyssa, Sofia, Valerie and Logan.
He worked for many years in the pharmaceutical industry and retired as the Director of Packaging at Forrest Laboratories. As a sports enthusiast, John was a big fan of the NY Giants, Mets and Islanders. He was also a fan of science fiction and enjoyed all the Star Wars and Star Trek Movies. John especially loved going to amusements parks and enjoying all the rides with his children.
John's greatest joy was spending time with his family especially on holidays and birthdays. He will be remembered for his generosity and love for those closest to him.
Visitation will be held at O.B. Davis Funeral Home, 1001 Route 25A, Miller Place, NY 11764 on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 from
2:00 PM -4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM -9:00 PM.
