From the day I met Joshy his kindhearted, selfless, hardworking loyalty was always an inspiration to me and the other Chefs at Le Manoir. Thru my travels with him to Italy and Switzerland I got to know one of the most genuine caring people I will ever meet. Josh you have impacted us all with your ability to smile even when things were hard and your undying love of food. God Bless you my friend and I pray you are walking with the angels and will have eternal happiness. I love you mate!

To say that Josh was one of a kind is an understatement. I've always admired his charismatic attitude and his passion in the kitchen. He always had a smile on his face and an aura that glowed. I'm glad I was able to spend some time with him where he seemed happiest - in the kitchen. He will be missed by many. Rest in peace lil Josh.

Quite like Josh's Mom had said... She always knew when he was in the house :) Quite like our workplace we always knew when Josh was there...  Full of energy, eager, a masterful chef we enjoyed his buzzing around and most definitely his little treats.  He always asked for hugs and his last hug to me was very touching a big warm strong hug as he wanted me to know he cared.  We shared stories of our fathers who both suffered strokes and had passed. It was a bond I share with no other because no one could really understand our pain.  He spoke often of his Mom, Grandmother, Brother Ben and Sister whom he all truly loved.  Going to miss his flushed cheeks, his little devilish grin, and his over-sized chef jacket I always made fun of...  I am still waiting for him to walk through the kitchen door and can only the imagine the heartbreak of his family and his work family.  7 months felt like so much longer as he truly impacted our lives.  Going to miss our little talks and sorry I gave you are hard time passing through my spa with food - all out of love of course ;) until we meet again... P

Joshua has been a dedicated, loyal, trustworthy, but more importantly giving human being. You could not ask for a more honest and hard working friend, co- worker and leader. Joshua always wanted to help others, forgetting himself, opening up his heart and soul to those who needed it.
I thank God for having brought me into the path with Joshua, and I pray that our Lord will take him into his arms.
May you always be at peace and happy Josh.

Joshua didn't care too much about his own personal gain or honor. He sought to serve. He was willing to do the dirty work. There was no task too menial for him to do. He was not interested in job titles, rankings and positions, office politics and gossips, or pushing his way up the corporate ladder, or seeking power and wealth. A beautiful man, he will be missed by all.
