Zutt, Katherine J. (nee Sarcona) on May 23, 2014 of Riverhead, LI. Formerly of Dix Hills and Wading River, LI. Beloved Wife of the late J. Richard. Loving Mother of Cathy Rosenberg (Howard Dymm) and Roselle Zutt (Thomas Moore). Cherished Grandmother of Brett Scharback (Karen), Lynne Menaker (Wayne) and Katy Frost (James) Adored Great Grandmother of Dylan Menaker. Dear Sister of the late Joseph Sarcona (late Geri) and the late Jack Sarcona (survived by his wife, Adeline). Katherine retired from teaching at Half Hollow School District after 20+ years. Upon retirement, she became a member and was a Past President of the Riverhead Women’s Club where she was part of the scholarship committee. She also belonged to the Wading River Historical Society, Two Chapters of the Red Hat Societies and was part of many other community endeavors. Reposing at O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 1001 Route 25A, Miller Place, LI. Visitation on Tuesday from 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass Wednesday at 9:30 AM at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Riverhead, LI.
