Neil is survived by his wife, Marilyn Russo; his son Neil Russo; his son Robert Russo; and his daughter Suzanne Russo-Lopez; his grandchildren Matthew Russo, Christopher Russo, Brian Russo, Meghan Russo,Veronica Russo, Cordellia Russo, Ian Lopez and Soran Lopez.

A visitation for Neil will be held Sunday, February 26, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral mass will occur Monday, February 27, 2023 at 10:30 AM at St. Marks RC Church, 105 Randall Road, Shoreham, NY 11786. A burial will occur Monday, February 27, 2023 at 12:15 PM at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 3442 NY-112, Coram, NY 11727.
