Valerie was predeceased by her beloved husband, George, with whom she shared a lifetime of love and devotion. She is survived by her loving children, Scott (Lisa), Jeffrey, and Gary (Geraldine), who were the pride of her life.

She was a beloved grandmother to Justin, Troy (Tiana), Brittany, Taylor (Billy), Jeffrey, Mackenzie (Zack), Riley (Brad), and Delaney, and a cherished great-grandmother to Carter, Crew, Jane, and Kelly. Her love for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren was boundless—she adored spending time with them, often babysitting and creating memories they will carry with them forever.

Valerie was the heart of her family—an unbelievable homemaker, mother, grandmother, and great-grandma. Her home was always warm, welcoming, and full of love. She had a gentle strength, a giving spirit, and a deep devotion to her family that will never be forgotten.

Visitation will be held at O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 1001 Route 25A, Miller Place, NY 11764 on Thursday from 2:00–4:00 PM and 7:00–9:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 9:30 AM at St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church in Rocky Point, followed by interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Coram, NY.

Valerie’s legacy of love, family, and selflessness will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
