Beth was always so kind and caring toward friends and family. She was sharp as a tack and finished a crossword puzzle daily until a week before her passing. Beth raised 4 beautiful children, worked as an office administrator in county government, a school district and various businesses. Her love of music lead her to join chorus singing with groups, including the Manor Tones, City County Chorus in Minneapolis, MN, and the Orono Singers Choir. Her greatest love was being able to give to others by volunteering for Meals on Wheels, Church Secretary for 10 years, and President of the Maple Plain Garden Club.
Gardening was her passion and you could visit her yard and find many flowering shrubberies and hosta gardens, propagated from all over the country. She was an avid reader. The family wishes to thank the Hospice Team of Fairview Health System for the wonderful care they provided, that allowed her to be independent in her home. Beth died peacefully in her home, surrounded by family.
In lieu of flowers, Beth requested all memorials be directed in her honor to the CAER Food Shelf, 12621 Elk Lake Road NW, Elk River, MN 55330.
Beth requested a private graveside burial service with immediate family.
A memorial luncheon will be announced at a future date, when COVID restrictions are lifted.
Also, Beth requests to help the bee habitat and population, that we all plant native flowering plants that attract bees.
