She was preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Elizabeth Howard; and brother Daniel.
Carol is survived by life long partner Robert Peterson; cousin Kathleen Nekowitsch (Oberle); and many other relations.
A funeral service for Carol will be held Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Sunset Funeral Home & Sunset Cemetery, 2250 St Anthony Boulevard NE, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55418, with a visitation one hour prior, and followed by an entombment at Sunset Cemetery.
