

Rollefson, Charles Oscar Age 96, of Minneapolis passed away on September 1, 2013. Charles was born on October 30, 1916, in Montevideo, MN. He was preceded in death by his parents Oscar and Ella Rollefson; his brother Walter; an infant sister and wife, Marcia. He is survived by daughters, Muriel (Jim) Hilligan, Charlene (Ralph) McMillan; son, William (Becky) Rollefson; sister-in-law, Muriel Rollefson; 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and friends. Charles graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1935 and then attended the University of Minnesota studying, Industrial Engineering. He was employed at Minneapolis Moline for 22 years and then Honeywell. He was a member of the Naval Aviation Reserve, Past Master of Minnehaha Masonic Lodge, was an active participant in the Scottish Rite, several Zuhrah Temple Units, and was a member at Minnehaha United Methodist Church until he and Marcia moved to the Arbors. A celebration of Chuck's life will be at Ebenezer Ridges Chapel, 13820 Community Dr., Burnsville, MN on Friday, September 27, 2013 at 10:30AM. Visitation will be 1 hour prior in the chapel.
