Age 77 of Blaine, MN. Dave passed away peacefully on May 31, 2026. He was a 1967 Edison HS graduate, proud US Navy Veteran and long time member of the Blaine VFW. Dave was a successful Realtor and Builder for over 40 years. Survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Linda; children, Timothy (Renée), Jeffrey (Lisa) and Lindsey (Jeremy); grandchildren, Isaac, Kaitlyn, Aidan, Nathan, Kaylee, Sofia and Brynnley; brothers, Bruce (Orla) and Gary (Linda); in-laws Karen Melinsky and Greg (Dawn) Hansen; nieces and nephews, neighbors and many friends.

Visitation and luncheon will be held from 12-2pm on Sunday, June 28th at Sgt. John Rice VFW Post 6316 - 1374 109th Ave NE Blaine, MN. A celebration of life with military honors for Dave will follow at 2pm.
