George was born in Lake of the Woods County, MN on 1/15/21 and passed away peacefully in Edina, MN on 5/3/12.
George will be deeply missed by his loving companion for over 25 yrs., Connie Appert; Lisa (Renaldo) Upshaw family, Chris and Melissa family, Dawn and Cory family; many other loving family members and friends.
George was employed at F.A.M. for 40 yrs. in Mpls., MN and served 2 yrs., for C.C.C. 708 Blackduck, MN. He was a member of the Eagles #34, the National Timberwolf Association, the 104th Infantry Division Veterans and a retired member of the Iron Workers Local #53.
Funeral service 11 AM Monday 5/7/12 at SUNSET FUNERAL HOME, 2250 St. Anthony Blvd., Mpls., with a visitation 1 hour prior to service.
Interment Sunset Cemetery.
