Gerald Fritsch

Fritsch, Gerald “Gerry” of Shorewood, MN, 65, after a long illness. Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Immigrated to USA while young. The loving and proud only child of German immigrant parents. He married Lea Diane Mitchell May 1983. 3MW-NFA (3 Magic Words - Now Forever Always). Many beloved fur-babies. Regardless of job, Gerry’s focus was always customer service. His love for his Savior, Jesus Christ, was evident by his sweet, gregarious nature. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gerhard and Pauline Fritsch, and Lea’s parents, Harold and Bess Mitchell. Survived by his wife of 40 years, friend Tom Norrbohm, and Lea’s adoring family. Passionate about planes, trains and automobiles, Gerry had countless friends in various clubs: OMG, RPM, TCAH, IPMS. Funeral service Sunday, March 26, 2023, at Sunset Funeral Home, 2250 St Anthony Blvd NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418. All are welcome.
