He was preceded in death by parents, Earl and Anna Matter; sisters, Jean, Juanita and Janelle.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Karen; children, Brent (Diane), Craig (Lisa) and Todd (Gail); grandchildren, Chase (Morgan), Chad (Leah), Zachary (Chelsey), Danielle (Luke), Andrew, Mitchell (Kayla), Morgan (Logan), Robert "BJ" and Allysa; many great grandchildren; siblings, Janice and Jerrol and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Services will be held at English Lutheran Church, Ellsworth, WI on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 10:30 am with visitation beginning at 9:30 am. Burial will be held at Glenwood Cemetery, Glenwood City, WI.
